Okay so i’ve had hemorrhoids for years though I usually have em under control, but lately they have been inflamed and itchy mostly because I’ve irritated them it’s to the point where I’ve cut some of my bum trying to go poop cause my colon is hard. When I push little by little my anus burns badly, so I’ve bought some suppositories and prep h cream. & I’ve been soaking in baths. I dont wanna poop cause it stings and burns majorly so I wanna wait til the swelling goes down. I just dont wanna get constipated and need an enema! What else can I do??????

anything, may be wrong. My PHP did an exam and found no evidence of hemorrhoids. I have episodes of diarrhea and cramping. I would like to hear from anyone who could shed some light on this. I am very worried.
I’ve had hysterectomy and it’s not even issues related to gynecolgy,

Okay so i’m 19, and ever since i can remember my stools have been what is referred to as “pellet stools” which i thought was normal till i started reading up on it. I’ve heard that pellet stools are a sign of Irritable Bowel Syndrome. About 2 years ago after i went to the bathroom i noticed the water was bloody. I showed my mom and she asked if i had hemorrhoids and i said idk but i noticed after i changed my diet that never happened again. Sometimes i feel bloated and feel like there is a lot of gas in my stomach which read is both a symptom of colon cancer and IBS. Other then that i have no symptoms.

I’m just really scared and after i read up on these things i started think i had colon cancer because i tend to be a hypochondriac. I’m a healthy weight and have been eating and exercising a lot more the older i get.
My boyfriend and mom have told im just worrying too much but i wanted to know if anyone else had any opinions.

Also im pretty OCD about things and am stressed quite often. If this matters lol

I need HELP!!

I just had a baby one month ago tomorrow (second child) :) She was a vaginal birth. The Dr. said I had a “small” hemorrhoid and it was no big deal. However, now – my stool is covered in bright red blood and it drips from my anus. Also, the pain is horrible! It hurts to have a bowel movement and it hurt for the next day or two after one. I am also using stool softener and I am still bleeding that bad! After the birth of my first child I had an anal fissure that needed surgery. How do you know if it is a hemorrhoid or an anal fissure? I am going to call the Dr. tomorrow. I hope I dont need surgery again any thoughts?
