Should i plead guilty or not to a ticket?
i live in GA and i gotten pulled over by a cop as i was trying to make a turn in to a intersection and the turn i was going to make was on to a unclear street i wasn’t sure if it was a 2 lane or just a 1 way since u cant see it till u get to the street but the cop car behind was had on high beams and a second driver side light very bright so as i was making the turn he turned his police lights on and made me look out the side window and get a full view of his head lights and blinded me for a full seconds so driving not being able to see on to a street that i wasn’t sure of was a 2 way me going in to the wrong lane at a very dark street because it was 1 am and i was also driving on a learners permit i want to know should i plead guilty on the wrong lane ticket or not
im not worried about the whole permit thing but i gotten 2 tickets that day i know i have to plead guilty for driving on a permit but the improper lane change im wondering about
